Initial Sale and Approval
All the online purchase order represents an offer upon the terms below that cannot be withdrawn by buyer prior to cancellation date.
It shall be a binding contract upon acceptance by Hazel Clothes. Hazel Clothes shall indicate acceptance by shipment of goods to buyer.
Buyer understands that certain styles and/or sizes may be unavailable. Buyer will accept all available styles and sizes.
This order is subject to approval of buyer’s credit at the time of shipment by Hazel Clothes and/or its factor.
At any time, and from time to time, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel credit of the buyer as to time and amount, and as a consequence,
may require anticipation or request payment in cash for delivery of any unfilled portion of this order.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are taken subject to delays or non-delivery caused by any reason beyond our control.
Both parties acknowledge that failure of Hazel Clothes to perform will cause buyer to incur costs not contemplated by this agreement,
and that the exact amount of such costs are extremely difficult and impracticable to fix.
Hazel Clothes shall therefore not be liable for any consequential damages whatsoever.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday our business hours (PST) only.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays.
All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping.
While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time.
Please allow 48 hours for processing. All orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the following business day.
We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States,
Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.

Change / Cancel My Order

There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Cancellation of an online Purchase Order by the buyer must be made within the first seven business days after placing the order.(Return & Exchange)

Re Order & Future Delivery
Back order (currently out of stock with future delivery dates) and
Pre-order (future delivery) items will be shipped as they become available.
All orders will be shipped as ready unless customer states to call before shipping.

Modifications to the Agreement
No waiver, amendment, or modifications of this agreement by Hazel Clothes shall be effective unless in writing or signed by a representative of the company.
No failure or delay by Hazel Clothes in exercising any right, power, or remedy shall operate as a waiver of the right, power or remedy.
No waiver or any term, condition, or default of this agreement by Hazel Clothes shall be construed as a waiver of any other term, condition or default.
This agreement is deemed to be drafted jointly by both parties; any uncertainty or ambiguity shall not be construed for or against either party based on attribution of drafting.
